The 34-year-old reality star is now the proud owner of a lavish pad in the pricey gated community in California, which has set him back just over $3 million (R35 725 200), according to TMZ.

Scott‘s new home is said to span 5,000 square feet, and feature five bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as an expansive pool and waterfalls.
As of the time of writing, it is not yet known whether Scott plans to live in the home himself, or feature it on his proposed house flipping show, but the star currently rents out his other Hidden Hills home for $60,000 a month.
It comes as Scott – who has Mason, eight, Penelope, five, and Reign, three, with his ex-partner Kourtney Kardashian – could be looking for somewhere to settle down with his new beau, 19-year-old Sofia Richie.
The pair recently took a trip to Mexico along with Scott’s brood, to spend some quality time in the sun at the luxury Chilean Bay resort & residences.

A source said: “Scott, Sofia and his kids flew to Cabo San Lucas via private jet. They are having fun in the sun [and spending time] swimming in the pools and enjoying the resort.”
Previously, it was claimed Sofia was “losing patience” with her beau, whom she considered to be “obsessing” over his former partner Kourtney Kardashian – who is now dating Younes Bendjima.
A source said: “Sofia is annoyed with Scott’s obsession with his ex Kourtney. She’s tired of listening to Scott complain about Kourtney and Sofia really doesn’t like to hear Scott whine about Younes taking his place.
“For Sofia, it’s a real turn-off when Scott stalks Kourtney online and obsesses about her, there is only so much more Sofia can take.”

And Kourtney recently insisted that Scott needs to respect her “boundaries” amid her new romance with Younes.

The 38-year-old star explained that whilst Scott still visits her home in order to see his brood, new boundaries must be put in place now that she’s moved on with the hunky model.
Speaking to her ex-boyfriend, she said: “I just felt like we should discuss some of the boundaries in the house. I feel like sometimes because this was your house, sometimes I feel like you walk in like it still is.”
